Don't Miss the Last PTSA Meeting of the Year!

Thanks again to everyone who helped make the Staff Appreciation breakfast and gift bags a great success. Together we can accomplish so much. We’d like to harness that energy as we begin to ramp up for the 2016-2017 school year, so we can start things off in August with a bang. Please join us on Tuesday, May 10, for our last PTSA meeting of the year, especially if you:

§  Would like to help with two school beautification projects over the summer: painting the outside benches and revamping the bulletin boards/display cases.

§  Want to provide feedback on a proposed plan for improving communications throughout DCIS and within the larger community next year.

§  Want to help welcome new and returning families at registration in August.

We’ll meet from 5:30 to 7:00 in the library. As always, we’ll have food, and Spanish translation will be provided. We especially want to encourage Spanish-speaking families to attend — you are valuable members of the DCIS community, and we want to make it easy for you to be involved. This meeting will be an opportunity for you to tell us how we can do that.

Hope to see you there!
