LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE. This Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Feb. 1-3, at 6 pm, the DCIS Drama Club will present their one-act plays. These bite-sized pieces of drama and comedy are great fun, and we hope you will attend. Tickets, which can be purchased at the door, are $5 for adults and $3 for students.
QUESTIONS ABOUT TEENS AND SMARTPHONES? On Friday, Feb. 23, the DCIS PTSA, through the generous sponsorship of Denver's True Voice Studio, is hosting a screening of the film Screenagers. Through poignant and unexpectedly funny stories, along with surprising insights from authors, psychologists, and brain scientists, SCREENAGERS reveals how tech time impacts kids' development and offers solutions on how adults can empower kids to best navigate the digital world and find balance.
The film will have subtitles in Spanish for our Spanish-speaking families. The screening is free, but reservations are required —click HERE to reserve your seats.
